Where can I install a swing and can you do the install?

You'll need at LEAST ~6 ft of height clearance. And where you hang it is up to you! Front porch, under a deck, on a tree or even in a bedroom!
 
YES! We are happy to do the install for you. There are rare situations with FRONT PORCH installs on new construction homes where the soffit is 1-2 ft away from the support beams, in which case it would need to be cut into and we suggest you contact your builder. (having pics from during the build help us immensely!!)

For all installs we will ask for pictures in advance so we can be prepared.

What are the swing dimensions?

2 seater (size can be customized, this the the average size): 40 X 20 in
Crib: 56 X 32
Twin: 81 X 41
Full: 81 X 57

The interior dimensions fit standard mattress dimensions

You will need at least 12 inches from the wall or window to have movement for swing.

Is rope & hanging hardware included?

Yes!
3/4 in thick rope is included with price, if you would like to upgrade to 1, 1.5 or 2in rope we can accommodate. Please just message us for quote.

Yes! We ship nationwide and have several great reviews on Etsy. Please call or message us for a shipping estimate (keep in mind this always varies a little bit depending on gas prices, time of year and driver booked to do the delivery)

Can I return an order?

Your happiness is our top priority, however due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns. With that said, please be very specific (even send pics) of what you want (color, style, etc) so we can be sure to make you happy. 
We do guarantee our workmanship for 1 year (excludes any natural knots in the wood)
