We are so excited to have you on our dual team this year!

We chose the team name Grit & Grace because that's exactly what these girls embody. It's precisely what we  encourage them to be; mean, gritty and tough on the mat but off the mat we want them to forge friendships, share snacks, cheer on their teammates and support one another. 

Dual events for girls tend to be a better overall experience, if you're new to all this, don't worry...we gotchu!

  • ​Please select PICKUP for shipping option. We will hand them out the day of or at a practice prior.

  • These  cost more cause all profits go straight to our girls fees. 
  • ​Will hand out at event or mail if out of state/not there.

Meet The Coaches

We're not your normal coaches...and we're sorta proud of that ;) We are here to challenge the norm, we are here to do things differently. We believe in coaching girls as the very unique beings they are. We are well versed in the mental, physical, and emotional aspects specific to wrestler girls, and we tailor it to each athlete.
We strive for FUN, cause the winning always follows if you're having fun!
We know this bc all 3 of us were elite wrestlers. (you're in good hands)

ALL hotels in Iowa City are booked or insanely priced. Des Moines area folks are driving up same day. Out of town families should probably stay in Des Moines area, we have room at our house for at least 2 families!
